  3. practicing aid climbing on a very popular free pitch to the first anchor and then practicing jumaring and then practicing hauling and then heading on to the "second" pitch is by definiton GHEY. When its on the only sunny weekend we've had in a long time it becomes SUPER GHEY... the only thing worse would have been a bunch of mountie helmet M&M'ers spewing dogma, starting up the route with the rope draped over their shoulder and proceeding to lecture every passerby on what knot to use...

  6. Its called the master cleanse, more intense then a juice fast...less then a water fast. I did it for a spring cleaning, its a big transition time in my life and I felt the need to do it. I don't go to doctors and this is my way of healing my body....after day 10 your body starts repairing damaged tissue...blah blah blah. I wanted to go longer but you get sorta spacy which I was getting tired of do you sleep on a bed of crystals all pointing north?

  20. I haven't weighed in yet today (I just came to work straight from Index) but I bet I am right at 143 as well. I'll try to match your pace b/c it sounds like a good healthy rate to lose. you rock! YAYYAYAYAYAYYAYA i know another way for you two to burn lotsa calories...
