I have one…but this will NOT give you the really commercial quality swage. those machine uses a much higher hydraulic power to compress the metal sleeves. and cost a small fortune. All I’m saying is, since u can get Russ or John to sell you their floor models or second qulity heads for mere pennies….I would keep buying them online. the last Lot I got was 20-#2 alumiheads and 25-#3 alumi/brassheads for $45 after shipping. Try getting the right cable and the right sleeves for this price not including your work, time and Damages count and you will see that even in $1.5-$1.75 a piece they are still pretty damn good deal but if you really need one try Swage tool I got mine From him

Actually the best TR rope solo is the Gibbs and the Petzl Micro-ascender and the CMI one pretty close behind…they all have VERY smooth feed and great stop vs. shear ratio the Ushba on (although I like it) seems to have a problem with stopping a falls and having a higher impact on the rope then previously thought

Sky, what u missing is the feed factor….it will be a pain in a butt to make the Reverso suitable to lead with. the biggest problem of all of the solo devices is the feed (modified GriGri seems to have a lot less feeding problems but this is a complex issue) unfortunately no mechanical device can do this yet
