  20. Anna, go to the Royal Columns at the Tieton River near Yakima Wa. There are a bunch or easy routes. The anasite is solid and takes nets and hexes like a dream. I have bean climbing almost 10 years and still get verry frustated sometimes. Some days your head is together and some days it's not. If it was easy it wouldn't be rewarding. Knowing when to back off is the most inportant thing. "Aways better to do too little than too much"
  21. Looking for road and mountain bike partners this winter when the skiing sucks. I do 50 to 75 mile rides during the winter. I just bought a mountian bike, so I would not be up for supper technical rides. Eaven though people complain about the weather, I still get a lot of riding in without getting totaly soaked and cold.
  22. There is a backcountry ski guide by Seabury Blair that has tours in the Olympics.
