diamox always makes me feel worse than I did before those needles and pins on my hands and feet, is it frostbite or the drugs?
-
take your skis up next time to make it an even more painful experience, yet still a better trip on the way down
-
I'd recommend getting my REI Killimanjaro 0 degree Bag I have FS in the gear forum. It only weighs in around 5lbs, and does not compress what so ever. Perfect for those long alpine routes

It was very cool, short, but sweet. Really gets you stoked out for ice. Some of those chicks dry tooling on the woody really gets me

are they available on the web now? (other than REI)

after a long time searching, rei was the only source that I cold find last year. re: K1's. I like them alot, they replaced my plastics, as they are just as warm and water resistant (in some ways) They are heavy duty, and VERY comfortable. I have a narrow foot, as I usually fit into la sportiva boots perfectly, and these are similar IMO, but much better hope this helps

bought my pair of K1's at rei.com after exchanging them for my 1 year old koflachs.

2002 Bora 80 Rarely used, great condition $150 2002 REI Kilimanjaro 0 Degree Synthetic Sleeping Bag Both used once car camping $60 each or both for $100 (MSRP: $ 185.00) (2 available, and they zip together) A warm, reliable choice for climbers, our technical bags feature both PolarguardĀ® HV and PolarguardĀ® 3D, optimizing the benefits of each. Polarguard HV provides maximum loft and long-wearing du...rability. Micro-denier Polarguard 3D offers great compressibility and increased surface area for more warmth. Contoured hood, insulated draft collar, roomy foot section, anti-snag locking zipper and full-length draft tube all keep heat in, cold out. Differentiated drawcords allow quick identification, even in the dark--so neck or hood adjustments are a cinch!. Stuff extra clothes into the hood's pocket to create a pillow; no need for a pillow to take up valuable space in your backpack. Exterior chest pocket is great for stowing small necessities like a watch or lip balm, alleviating middle-of-the-night fumbling. Equal distribution of insulation on top and bottom keeps you warm, no matter how much you roll over while sleeping. Our unique Z baffle II construction maximizes loft, ensures consistent insulation coverage and prevents convective heat loss. Designed with a mummy bag shape that is thermally efficient, yet wide enough from hip to knee that you have room to move for sleeping comfort. Includes compression stuff sack. Boss closed the shop on tuesday and took us all out skiing at Stevens. We hit the backside ASAP and hit it all day long finding untouched glades with fresh pow pow. Very freakin cold, as it was 1 degree at the base of the backside and the winds were strong on top of the lift. Best day lift skiing for me in awhile. At least 8 inches came down while we were there, and after lunch the snow was even better.
