I have had many interatctions with LEOs, aka law enforcement officers, aka law dawgs as both a recreationalist (clearly not a word) and a forest service employee. If you are pissing them off, you are probably doing something right. (none of these interactions were punitive, except for a speeding warning)

poor fellas seem to suffer from some low self esteem - having to tolerate happy assholes such as myself on a regular basis can hardly substantiate the heady assurances their high-school guidance-counselors musta handed'em back in the day
