erden Posted May 24, 2013 Posted May 24, 2013 My human powered circumnavigation is done as of July after 5 years 11 days. I reached three in the Six Summits Project: Denali, Kosciuszko and Kilimanjaro. Aconcagua, Elbrus and Everest remain. Some media coverage took place, and this weekend I will participate in the Telluride Mountain Film Festival along with Jason Lewis on a panel presentation and a morning coffee talk: Around the World on Human Power You may have already seen the Outside Magazine feature article: Around the World in 1,026 Days Its author Nick Heil will be facilitating the panel discussion. We will soon be announcing a KickStarter campaign for a documentary that we would like to produce about the circumnavigation. There is progress... Cheers. Erden. ------------------------------ Please help Around-n-Over reach the classrooms! Quote

erden Posted September 29, 2013 Author Posted September 29, 2013 We successfully concluded a Kickstarter campaign to make a documentary about my human powered circumnavigation. This campaign concluded on August 18. We are now ramping up with the work while adding talent to the team. The title of the documentary will be "Castaway with Purpose."
