Rusty_Biner Posted June 23, 2002 Posted June 23, 2002 After parking my skis at the base of Chair Pk., I looked up at the little snow gullies running up the s. shoulder, half wishing I had an ice axe, when the glint suddenly caught my eye -- an axe laying flat in the snow. Describe the ice axe (color, make, approx. length, leash), and it's yours. Next time, I'm going to hike up and wish for a new pair of skis. Quote

RURP Posted June 24, 2002 Posted June 24, 2002 This is RURP It is not my ice axe. I have never lost an ice axe...never. So do not even think of giving it to me. RURP has spoken. Quote
Bug Posted June 24, 2002 Posted June 24, 2002 Ask Norman Clyde. He lost an ax up there somewhere this winter. Quote
