Smith Rock State Park Fees

Never been. Wondering if the day use fee is in addition to the bivy fee (does it cost $10 a day to climb and camp there?)

no - the bivy covers it all - think you might need to leave your ride parked there though, and so have to walk the crueling couple hundred extra meters

Yes, the fee to bivy at the Park covers the day use fee. Unless something has changed recently, you can drive out of the bivy area and park wherever you want as long as your payment stub is displayed in the window. The Northern Point parking lot would be a bit of a walk from the bivy lot.
