Farrgo Posted July 21, 2010 Posted July 21, 2010 Anybody know a good shop to buy topo maps in Vancouver, BC? Need a pretty obscure quad, so a well-stocked shop is a must. -Nate Quote
robpatterson5 Posted July 21, 2010 Posted July 21, 2010 (edited) geogratis.ca, all the NTS topomaps you buy from the store and datasets are in the public domain. Just print what you need from the Topo on waterproof paper and go Edited July 21, 2010 by robpatterson5 Quote
Farrgo Posted July 21, 2010 Author Posted July 21, 2010 Geogratis is the ticket. Thanks for the reply. I wish we had something like that for the states (we don't do we?). Quote
Off_White Posted July 21, 2010 Posted July 21, 2010 Well, this site will do for Washington. (http://rocky.ess.washington.edu/data/raster/drg/index.html) Quote
jshamster Posted July 21, 2010 Posted July 21, 2010 USGS topos are public domain as well. This is one source: http://libremap.org/. I believe there are others. Quote
