Rainier climbing partners for Mid August

Hello,

I'm looking for one or more climbing partners for a trip up Rainier around the 2nd or 3rd week of August. I have gear for two, if needed. Want someone who has at least climbed a mountain before, need not be this big, and at least knows what a crampon is.

 

I'm thinking a 3 day climb, probably up one of the main routes, but I'm open to suggestions. My experience: 3 winter ascents of Mt. Washington and a number of summer peaks and backpacking. I go at a moderate pace, and am not someone who intimidatingly leaves everyone in the dust.

I'm interested. However, the 1st week of August would work better for me. The 2nd week, I will be in NC. I might be able do it the 3rd week, but I will have to check on a few things first.

Myself and a partner are looking at the 3rd week in August for Rainier, and are looking for two more folks. We did DC route together last July 4th; thinking about the Emmons this time. We have all needed gear.

I have never climbed Rainier but I have climbed all the other mountains here in the NW and Shasta in NorCal.

 

I have all the gear for myself. I have ropes too if needed.

I'm from Portland, male, age 45.

Last experience:

June 23 . Climbed on Summit, Mt.Rainier via Ingraham Direct.

July 4. Climbed on Summit Mt.Hood. via Hogsback ridge.

July 6. Climbed on Summit Mt.Adams via south rute 183

 

A lot of hiking in WA (Snoqualmie Pass and Mt,Rainier)

Looks like Me and Jasko are meeting up at the Sunrise Visitor center at 7am to get Climbing Permits. If anyone else wants to join our party please meet there at the same time. Weather conditions look great, should be a fantastic climb!
