mzvarner Posted October 24, 2009 Posted October 24, 2009 So my two main climbs i want to do this year are, triple Coulours on DT and the North face of Grey Beard. the closest to alpine climbing i have done is the DC on Raineir, and then i tried an M6 locally (GOT WORKED). I have never done just ice climbing. So where do i start and how can i reach those goals? Quote
Farrgo Posted October 24, 2009 Posted October 24, 2009 No M6 on either of those climbs. Just climb a bunch a let the rest work itself out. Grey Beard is a spring climb by the way. Quote
mzvarner Posted October 25, 2009 Author Posted October 25, 2009 i know its spring i was just saying its on the list as well. Quote
Dane Posted October 25, 2009 Posted October 25, 2009 You live in the perfect place. Some stuff an easy day trip for you. Cascades and Banff are close. Learn to ice climb and do some mixed in and around Banff/Lake Louise and the Icefields Parkway. Weather and conditions are typically better north of Spokane. Quote
