denalidave Posted June 29, 2009 Posted June 29, 2009 LOST on 6/28/2009, Panasonic Lumix ZS1 point & shoot camera. Left on roof of car at Snow Creek trail head. Lots of pics of our Enchantment Trip and climbing Prussik Peak. Pulled out of the Snow Creek Parking lot onto Hwy 2. Found the case about 1/4 mile west of Snow Creek trail head parking lot but camera not anywhere to be found. Just hoping someone picked it up off the road and it finds it way back to me. More interested in the memory card than the camera itself. CASH REWARD IF FOUND AND RETURNED TO ME. Quote
billcoe Posted June 29, 2009 Posted June 29, 2009 Good luck bump. Just an aside, Costco has a $50 coupon out now for this camera. (10MP, 12X zoom) $279 is the regular price, so $50 off of that. Coupon expires July 5th and you should have recieved it in the mail @ 2 weeks ago. Quote
builder206 Posted June 29, 2009 Posted June 29, 2009 Maybe phone or email the Leavenworth Forest Service office too. I would ask anyone going to the Snow Creek parking lot to look at the board to see if a kind soul posted a "found" note too. Out of all the things to lose, losing photos might suck worst of all. I haven't lost much but have had super good karma getting stuff back when I did. May the force be with you. Quote

Andrew found my camera and the pictures from my new Costco camera are now en-route back to me. Whoo Hoo!!! He said, "The camera was so good.. I could zoom in and read your name on the back country permit... However the tag was turned around and I could only see the back side of the permit"... That little camera rocks. I don't like the fact that it does not have a view finder and it also has an issue with the function dial moving out of position. It has a very short first shot delay for a digital, which is nice. Can't wait to get the pics back. Edited June 29, 2009 by denalidave Quote
