Frenchy Posted June 15, 2009 Posted June 15, 2009 Alright. Who the fuck stole the rope, the duffel of clothes and the tupperware tub of leftover baked mac n'slop out of the explorer last Saturday. Your getting drawn and quartered Quote

fenderfour Posted June 15, 2009 Posted June 15, 2009 The moral of the story is "Don't leave your leftovers in the car at a trail head." Quote

Reply to topic Reply with quote Victim vehicle was a 4D Honda Civic Silver parked on the south side of the lot near the exit. Suspects drove into Little Si Main Lot in a Red Jeep Wrangler with a black soft top and bolt on larger fenders WA 400-TNQ and parked on the right and next to the victim vehicle. Two white males exited the Jeep. One wearing a hip hop black and white ball cap, khaki shorts, white sneakers, red cell phone and about 69-70 inches tall and 150-160lbs. The second man - the driver - was wearing a white T shirt, black carhart pants and dark logger boots, blond hair about 72 inches and 180-190 pounds. Hip Hop walked over to trail bulletin board and sat down with phone to ear. Logger walked over to him and they spoke. Neither used the bathroom or prepared in any way to use the trail or trail facilities. While trying to act cool they hinked and telegraphed looks up the trail and listened. Suspecting a prowl in progress I finished packing my trunk and pulled out of the lot, noting the suspect vehicle plates, making a left on SE Mt. Si Road. I drove up to 452Av SE and then turned around to return back to the main lot on SE Mt. Si Road. I drove past the Little Si main lot and saw the same two males walking towards their jeep. I continued on and pulled into the new Little Si parking lot near the bridge. I drove through the new lot and then drove again back to the Main Lot. As I drove past the main lot on SE Mt. Si road I heard glass break in between the jeep and the car next to it. I couldn't tell which person broke the victim vehicle window. I pulled into the Little Si main lot just as the suspects were fleeing in their jeep. I drove up to where they were parked and saw window glass on the ground and the broken right front passenger window on the victim vehicle. The jeep left vehicle tracks that disturbed the freshly broken glass on the pavement where the left wheel tracks of the jeep were just parked. I then pulled out of the lot noticing the suspect vehicle headed towards the new bridge. I called 911 and reported the incident to King County SD. I saw the vehicle go around the circle at Les Schwab and then South on Cedar. I didn't see the vehicle when I cleared the round about and suspect it pulled in a drive way shortly after the circle. I hung up with 911 when the dispatcher said she was advising patrol units. I returned to the lot and left a note on the victim vehicle that the crime had been reported. So BOLO the red jeep WA 400-TNQ in NB. They acted like they knew exactly what they were doing. Actd cool, made sure nobody in lot or coming down trail, hit and run. I am sure they are locals. Yes, I lost track of the two males when I drove past and heard the glass break, and yes I couldn't tell you if the two that drove away were the same two committing, but if KCSD investigates, I am quite sure they could piece it all together. It isn't likely this was their first and it isn't likely that they aren't already on KC radar. And too, I thought it would be good to try and get it all down on paper, so to speak. Nom de Plume of course. Quoted for posterity and revenge. As there is a very small minority doing most of this kind of activity, stopping even a few can make a huge difference. Quote
