North Face/NF Couloir Mt Maude late season???

How would the North Face or North Face Couloir of Mt Maude be late season, i.e. late October?

Don't know this year, but I've done it in mid September and there was mandatory mud climbing 'bout halfway up. Nothing scary or hard, but the snow/snice was not continuous.

 

I thing there might be a recent pic on a 7FJ trip report.

 

Oh yeah. Wear helmet on descent from 7FJ/Maude col. There was shit whizzing all over the place when I did it.

Hey Dan-

 

I was up there with TimL in early September and the N Face of Maude looked pretty melted out and discontinuous to me. I'll try and post a pic I took later when I get home.
