John Frieh Posted November 7, 2008 Share Posted November 7, 2008 I'll tell you what. Sometimes, doing crossfit first and then climbing will help you with your technique. You are so smoked, you will have to rely on good technique to get you through. Be careful though as i am sure that this could make you more injury prone. YMMV.
