Myself and my uncle are going up Rainier via GB on Friday the 19th to Saturday the 20th. If need be, we could push it to Saturday and Sunday (20th-21st). Looking for one more fit, experienced individual to climb with. We're both in Seattle.

Possibly interested. I just got back from Nepal so I kindof want to do Ranier when I might still have a little altitude acclimation left. I live in Ellensburg but I would be happy to meet you. My email is emilyvparker@gmail.com and my phone is 719-322-8175.

Emily,

Not wise to publish your email addy and phone number on the public side of this board, even if your cell is from Colorado. Too easy to be mined by web crawlers, after which you will be inundated with spam. Better to send that info via PM; it's safe that way. Click on the poster's name, and select "Send a PM"

DPS,

Mebbe he means Gibraltar Ledges?

Yeah. I meant Gibraltars ledge. We might also decide to do the DC route instead.

Current plans would involve leaving early friday morning (circa 7:30 am) from seattle. Hiking up to Camp Muir on friday. Getting up early morning Saturday (2 am or so), summited and descending all the way down and back to Seattle saturday evening.

I'm heading up the DC this coming Tuesday, but I could be interesting in slogging up there again.... especially up the Gibralter Ledges. Thats a route I've eyeballed for several years. Send me a PM...
