pazzo
does anybody know where i can get an 80m rope in the greater Seattle/ Vancouver (BC) area?? the smaller the better (single rope use). i've seen the Beal Joker 9.1mm online, but can't seem to locate any dealers around this area? i'd prefer 9.4mm if i could choose, but i don't think i have the option in this case. longer than 80m is fine too if that's all that's available. thx
fenderfour
80m? isn't this getting out of hand? I haven't seen any of the thin ropes for sale on a spool just yet. I'm pretty sure that's the only way you are going to get an 80m rope Edited August 1, 2008 by fenderfour
Hendershot
Sterling might be able to custom it for you.

TimL
Depends what your using them for, but 80 meter ropes are great for overhanging sport clmbing. I've even heard of people using 100 meter ropes, but this is for super specific, really long overhanging sport routes.
