Integral Designs eVent Jacket - Helmet?

These Integral Designs eVent jackets seem like just about the best option for a rainproof shell. Anyone know if the hood will work over a helmet? Other thoughts?

Give Jim Nelson a call. He carries them, and has a good idea about the pros/cons about them. The are nice, but they also are cut pretty high.

yeah, they make two models. the higer-cut one is meant to wear over a harness and not get in the way. They make a longer version that's basically the same thing called a "thru hiker" jacket.
