Fine time of year for Rainier's nordwands though, ain't it?

I had heard that it more than likely will stay closed due to all the wash outs year after year

Yeah I doubt that the road will be open anytime soon. Last time it was out they only lost a few hundred yards this time it was much more.

 

Any one know the status of the suspension bridge? I did not make it up there this year and usually use the bridge. Thinking about heading up there this winter again.
