Kane Posted August 19, 2007 Posted August 19, 2007 (edited) Looking to do something big during these dates. Maybe week at squamish or the bugabu's, Rainier? Anything really just give your idea. Edited August 29, 2007 by Kane Quote
bstach Posted August 29, 2007 Posted August 29, 2007 Usually it is too wet to climb and not enough snow to ski. But you never know. I'm planning on staying home and working on my "honey-do" list. That way, when the snow flies there is plenty of goodwill built up  I'd suggest a trip to Red Rocks or J-Tree. Quote
DPS Posted August 29, 2007 Posted August 29, 2007 Novemeber is perhaps the worst month for the Cascades. As bstach mentioned the weather ususally blows and there is not enough snow to ski. Smith Rocks could be decent though. Quote
fgw Posted August 31, 2007 Posted August 31, 2007 If you got 15 days, why not put in a couple hrs driving and hit the desert? Moab, Red Rocks, Cochise, Sedona...whatever is better than the soupy weather here. Quote
Kane Posted September 1, 2007 Author Posted September 1, 2007 well, I have ideas, now I need a partner. Hmm, I did not realize the weather was so crappy during that time. Anyone up for a trip down south? Quote
go_up Posted September 2, 2007 Posted September 2, 2007 Hmm, I did not realize the weather was so crappy during that time. Â Mmmm, you're new here aren't you?... Quote
