So I read another article today that just pissed me off. It has been my impression that the buck stops at the president, that the responsibility lies with him, that he is the person who makes the final decision. However, it seems as though some people are trying to pass on the blame to the VP. It just completely irritates me that now we don't even try to have accountability where it matters the most.
