Fairweather Posted July 25, 2007 Author Posted July 25, 2007 Sorry, but I am temporarily computer-deaf. Bill Gates' newest version, which I installed last night, killed the on-board sound on my motherboard and now I can't find the FUCKING ASUS DISC to reload the driver. Additionally, I have noticed that my computer now runs ABOUT TEN FUCKING TIMES SLOWER than it used to. All problems that I'm sure I'll patiently work through in good time..... Quote
olyclimber Posted July 25, 2007 Posted July 25, 2007 switch! http://www.ubuntu.com/ its so easy to use. i'll admit that windoze still pays my bills, but at home i use the above (well, that and OS X). of course, it does use some sort of commie development system, but it works for me. Quote
olyclimber Posted July 25, 2007 Posted July 25, 2007 btw, find your MLB version and download the driver directly from ASUS. the driver has probably been updated anyway. Quote
olyclimber Posted July 25, 2007 Posted July 25, 2007 either that or ASUS and MSFT aren't supporting it for Vista, in which case I recommend you go back to XP if you want to continue with Windows. Quote
