UW Climbing Rock

Hey all,

 

As a relative newcomer to Seattle, can you tell me whether anyone can use the UW climbing rock, or whether it's restricted to students, faculty, etc.? Thanks in advance for the feedback,

There is a sign that states the UW rock is restricted to use by students, faculty, and staff. This has never, to my knowledge, ever been enforced.
