reccomendations for alpine rock in the alps???

1000-3000 ft climbs up to 5.10

In the north, the Wilder Kaiser is amazing, it's near the town of Kufstein Austria. In Italy, you can't go wrong with the mountains around Cortina, Val Gardena, and/or a bit further south in the Brenta Dolomites. Maybe the south face of the Marmolada is best for you. Such 5.10 routes up to 30 pitches in length!

Depends which bit of the Alps. I can recommend the Mello valley in northern Italy for some fantastic multipitch granite as a wet weather option. They meet your >1000' 5.10a requirement.

Heh. Based on your preferences, I'd reccomend the Tirol. My brain is Bintang'd so I can't remember much except go to Freytag & Berndt in Innsbruck, a bookshop almost solely devoted to Climbing & Skiing - it'll give you permawood
