Washington Pass Conditions

I am curious what the conditions for this area are, if anyone has been out there lately, trail conditions, snow coverage on formations...water drainage, will it be fun to climb there at this time of year, can I pull the crux on X route, you know everything that one needs to make a determination for a road trip.?. FYI, the highway will still be closed for ~ 1 more month. I'd imagine there is a lot of snow on the routes still. You could probably climb some steep sunny stuff if you were inclined to put forth the effort. You could also climb that coulouir on SEWS>

or the Early Winters Couloir or the Liberty Bell E. Face couloir or Cutthroat East Face or Silverstar or Whistler Mtn East Couloir or...get the idea that rock isn't the only thing around Wa Pass.

yo seth - not a bad time for climbing in the stuart range either - this mean you got a car now?

No car yet, but I am learning how to drive...ha!..if it were only as easy as climbing. I have the 17th thru the end of the month off and am trying to get something big in. We'll see. Any other suggestions?

go lay siege to the stuart range dude - do all the spring routes - ice cliff and stuart glacier couliors on stuart (maybe razorback and west ridges too - hell, even the n ridge might be in shape for you), tool on over to lake colchuck and do the couliors on colchuck, then maybe take on triple couliors on dragontail
