As a native New Yorker I have been very proud of my hometown recently. Smoking bans, no more trans fats....

But this is a little weird. If people can't listen to their ipod without getting run over by a bus or cab, then that's probably because they're dumb. This is absolutely natural selection at work. I mean really in NY it's every man for himself, you should know to look both ways before crossing!
