That's cool their finally making a movie about the Gates of Thermopalae.

Sounds like a cool flick, although it doesn't look like much climbing is involved.

I always liked Mark, he's a squared away dude.

 

Gates of Fire is an OK book, but maybe not the landmark it's made out to be. It is required reading in some marine infantry units, and basically provides a ground level viewpoint of the Battle of Thermopylae in a fictional account based on historical records.
