going up to banff area pretty soon and I was wodering if anyone has ever found a bed n reakfast or other lodging in the town of field? If so, could I please have their info and prices if you know?

 

I have slept in my vehicle in field too many times to do that again.

lots of houses in Field have basements that they will rent out nightly. several seemed to be "walk in" kind of deals.

alpinedave knows what's up. i've spent a few nights taking advantage of the plentiful, sweet and cheap accomodations in field. since then, i've noticed most towns in canada run the same gig once you get off of the main roads -help out the locals and enjoy your own furnished basement apt.
