Country_Jake Posted May 24, 2002 Posted May 24, 2002 There is a Baker in Oregon... It depends if you are going into the Bitter roots Or if you Are going into the eagle caps.... The eagle caps on the south side sould be good, the north side is the side that is questionable... that is where I am going this weekend over by Terminal Gravity... Joseph - Enterprize area.... Back to Backer in Oregon, I think it is 36 not 39 that goes into the mountains... Quote
MtnHigh Posted May 25, 2002 Posted May 25, 2002 Hey Caveman, nice rack. Are those BD Camalot #4s or Metolius Power Cams #8s? Quote
hrdwear Posted May 25, 2002 Posted May 25, 2002 I was just up on Baker last Tuesday and Wed. and you could drive up to the 6 mile point. You would be able to drive up another 1/2 mile or so if it weren't for a brand new white Explorer someone got stuck right in the middle of the road. Quote
tobytortorelli Posted May 28, 2002 Posted May 28, 2002 Yep, 6 miles, leaving 2 to the trailhead.... Quote
