slothrop Posted September 27, 2006 Posted September 27, 2006 Low-tech method: Jog around the block dribbling a basketball, come back and do a few pushups and jumping jacks. I think a general warmup to get your body ready for exercise goes a long way. Quote

catbirdseat Posted September 27, 2006 Posted September 27, 2006 Slothrop's idea are good. Once you start your workout, do a small number of pullups on the largest holds on your hang board. Then start with short hangs from slopers and jugs. Quote
