So, headed up into the wind on Saturday for a few turns. It was a little windy, but nobody got blown away (maybe knocked off their feet but whatever ).

 

It was a great trip and I really need to get better at skiing.

Wish I'd taken some pics of people skiing downhill, like thru the old growth maybe ... was kinna just having too much fun to bother stopping to do so.

There's some nice tree skiing up there. If you head down and right from where I think you high pointed, you can pick up a logging road that comes out on highway 2 a couple miles from where you parked and hitch a ride back up.

yeah we toyed with that idea briefly (we did ski down to that road twice) but decided it'd be easier just to ski back up & then down to our own cars.
