Jill Fredston - codirector of the Alaska Mountain Safety Center and coauthor of Snow Sense: A Guide to Evaluating Snow Avalanche Hazard, will appear at the store on 5:30PM, Sunday, November 6th to read from her newest book Snowstruck: In the Grip of Avalanches.
