He was Jumping wakes, doing donuts and passing real close to the ferry at high speed. Those escorts are a total waste anyway, this just makes it worse. I would rather see that $ money spent on drunk drivers and raod rage. Those 2 things are way more likely to kill us than a terrorist. Your tax $ at work, morons.
