snoboy
Short article here: Sorry about the google translation. Looks like a similar problem that BD was having with one of their lamps a couple years ago.

chalkball
Has someone tried this with a Barryvox yet? I have to replace my Zipka and if this is a problem I guess I will get the old model. I can't tell what the results mentioned above are...

iain
"I make a test with my tikka and my baryvox and I you known as Ca. " I think he is saying he will test his tikka with a barryvox and let people know the results. ...or he could be claiming his friend needs to drink more milk to get his daily dose of Calcium
iain
Je fais un test avec ma tikka et mon baryvox et je vous dits ca. funny that Tikka is feminine and Barryvox is masculine
Hal_Burton
Using a Princeton Tec Aurora (what Pretzl copied several features off of for the Tikka+) I could get my Barryvox to pick up some noise, but only when holding the headlamp directly against the B'vox. The B'vox never registered the signal as a "victim", and the noise didn't seem likely to be audibly mistaken for a transceiver. Unless your headlamp is on blink mode on the wrist of the hand your beacon is in while you're searching, it doesn't seem to warrant much concern.
