I've just gotten a bunch of the superlight 8mm dyneema sligns from mammut. I know they are ful strength, and i have total faith in their ability to hold falls. However does anyone know if these need to be treated differently than typically sewn/tied nylon slings? I plan on reserving then for alpine stuff where approach weight is key, but can I still girth hitch them to slings on hexes/cams? Will I need to worry more about abraision on rocks?

Thanks!
