I'd like to get it evaluated by a hand specialist or ortho who sees a lot of rock climber finger injuries. Anyone have recommendations for someone in the Portland area? A2 pulley on middle finger. if not, can anyone reccomend rehab that worked well for them. pretty sure it is a partial tear - i've been off for about 2 months. only slight pain when applying resistance and no pain when pressure applied on top of pulley. besides massage and ice/hot - what else has worked for you? ultrasound?
