Make Election Day a National Holiday

i have worked for 2 companies that provided a few hours to go vote. i think it's a great thing and more companies should offer it. small perk but a useful one.

 

i just love the idea that my vote is going to cancel out some right wingnut's

Apparently Josh assumes all wealthy folks are Dems. By the way, the AFL-CIO(i.e. factory workers) are supporting Kerry.

 

Ummm...reread what I type. I am pointing out the fact that blu-collar workers vote democratic asnd have less free time to vote. As is it today, republicans are more likely to vote.
