scot'teryx Posted March 28, 2001 Posted March 28, 2001 Just got a great deal on some of the Trezeta Evolution boots that were a few model lines ago I assume, but they are brand new, w/boot liners, etc. Does anyone know or have any experience with their mountaineering boots? Here is some more detail and a pic: http://www.sierratradingpost.com Click on search by keyword, type "Trezeta", and they are listed amongst a few others. Thanks for any input. Scott Quote
Jens Posted March 28, 2001 Posted March 28, 2001 I had a pair of the plastic boots they made. I got them in 91'. They were OK, they had vibram soles which was nice, but the liners took forever to dry and they were a bit clunky. They were endorsed by Messner. I thought the company went out of business but apparantly they are back. Quote
David_Parker Posted March 29, 2001 Posted March 29, 2001 I have never had a problem with footwear made in Italy (especially leather! In fact I specifically seek out footwear made in Italy. Their lasts are the best, quality of leather and workmanship unsurpassed and their shoes/boots always last longer! I saw those in sierratrading post and they looked good to me. You can always return them if they don't fit....the most important factor! DPP Quote
