Ptarmigan Ridge conditions?

I am curious to know if anyone has been up the ptarmigan lately. Curious on conditions of approach and route. I am planning on being up there on the 5th but am considering pushing forward 2 weeks due to the incliment weather. Also, If anyone can comment on what the weather might be like next week, I would be stoked since I am in Southern CA.

I would wager no one has been up it in the last 3 weeks, if not this year. Gator/Mt Rainier Park could prob tell you diffinitively.

We are either approaching through Ipsut creek or the Mowich lake entrance. I know the road will be closed so that will suck. Oh well, better than being at work!
