lI1|1! Posted January 20, 2004 Posted January 20, 2004 i was at red mtn for the first time on saturday. it is a really nice, unspoiled ski hill with good lift served terrain. we didn't have any new snow when we were there, but it must rip when it does. Â Quote
snoboy Posted January 21, 2004 Posted January 21, 2004 You guys all SUCK! Coming to Red and not looking me up. Â Quote
Thrashador Posted January 21, 2004 Posted January 21, 2004 Damn! Wish I'd have known. What an incredible place. Did a fun tour outside of town and skied some other cool stuff near the resort. Are the trees ever schtip in those parts. Quote
snoboy Posted January 21, 2004 Posted January 21, 2004 how is the snow up that way right now? Â Â Kinda sucky... This was last Saturday. Â Quote
Eerie Posted January 21, 2004 Author Posted January 21, 2004 snoboy, Â I'm considering taking some more vacation either the 2nd or 3rd week in February and want to head back over to Red Mountain. It'd be cool to hook up with a local around those parts. My buddy and I did pretty well for ourselves exploring the mountain considering the conditions last week. However, I'm sure a local has a lot more light to shed...kinda like lifting outta the fog to some bluebird on top?! Â Eerie. Quote
mounthay Posted January 21, 2004 Posted January 21, 2004 sno-boy, you bastard, it's been so lousy for weeks in seattle area. praise whatever creator you praise that red is still open after those incredibly dismal years you all got up there. glad to see red is still ripping, I haven't been up there in a while.
