JoshK
Yeah, it sucks balls. But hopefully everybody will stay home and it'll at least be less crowded.

JoshK
I actually had a couple of fun nights of skiing 2 years ago in the light rain. Like I said...it was empty, and the groomers were kinda fun.

mattp
A short spell of high freezing levels is not necessarily a bad thing for the backcountry snowpack. If the freezing level goes way high, let's just hope it comes back down again and we're back in business the following week! By the way, Josh, I too have had a good time skiing in the rain before. Just take an umbrella for the lift, and wear your PVC. You'll shoot rooster tails of water, but it's consistent, easy snow on the groomers. Bug
Crystal was nice today. A little sloggy on the bottom half but nearly powder on the upper half. My girls had a blast. Olivia even got to ride a sled down. She hit a "SLOW" sign and hurt her leg. By the time we got to a restaraunt on 169 she had forgotten to limp. marylou
I thought the snow in Snorting Elk bowl was pretty good, everywhere else went from just okay to levels lower than that. Still though, a meidocre day of skiing trumps a lot of other things.
