No used book, rare book, or out of print book site has this book (West Coast Ice). I realize that it is out of print, but there must be a some copies floating around somewhere. I heard that there might be a 2nd ed. coming out, does anyone know when? Also, does anyone know of a library or something where I could make some copies.
