Sounded like a good program, though, if you want to build some burl without resorting to the evil campus board. Seems like cyclical is the way to do it, though, from the article. Actually, it seems like most training routines are best done cyclically if you're gonna get maximum benefit. Seems like that was Yaniro's big thing, and they push that approach in all the 'Train Like A MoFo and Send the Big Numbers' books. Whatever you do, it better work. You're gonna need to be fit to send those upper pitches on the 5-Easy, not to mention for the marathon belay sessions while DFA dogs the rig into submission.
