RobBob Posted October 15, 2003 Posted October 15, 2003 so I'm trying to copy a graphic in a .pdf file. It's a US DOC public file, so it's public-domain stuff. I can't figure out how to copy it. Any ideas? Quote
erik Posted October 15, 2003 Posted October 15, 2003 save as and go from there. or highlight and copy you have to treat it like a document Quote
RobBob Posted October 15, 2003 Author Posted October 15, 2003 can't even 'save' or 'save as' right-click choices aren't available select all seems to enable 'copy,' but actually doesn't Quote
scot'teryx Posted October 15, 2003 Posted October 15, 2003 You need to have acrobat 5.0 or photoshop. If you have photoshop you can save the pdf document locally, then open it up as an aimge in PS, then crop and select the GFX you want, copy, and then paste into a new doc. If you have Acrobat 5.0 you can use the crop tool to select the GFX, then copy, and then paste it into a new doc in photoshop or other GFX program. If you need more help, tell me where it's at and I can do it for you and email you the image or something like that. Quote
philfort Posted October 15, 2003 Posted October 15, 2003 alt-PrintScrn to put an image of the document window in the clipboard. Then open mspaint or your favourite paint program, paste the image in, and crop to your content.. Quote
