dharmabum Posted December 2, 2001 Posted December 2, 2001 I tried sending you a "personal private message" but I don't know if I got it right. Check your profile inbox and see if there's anything there. Quote
Terminal_Gravity Posted December 2, 2001 Posted December 2, 2001 Got it...thought I sent a reply...I'll send you a reply in the AM....I gotta get on a hike and go scope the forming ice in the Wallowas Quote
Lambone Posted December 2, 2001 Posted December 2, 2001 Whats it look like TG, is there usualy much ice in there? Quote
Terminal_Gravity Posted December 3, 2001 Posted December 3, 2001 YES, lots of good water ice formed already and the best stuff is forming nicely. I hiked quite a bit with binoculars yesterday and found more than I expected. Almost all of what we get is in gullies below large colection basins and the avey exposure was to great (for me) to climb last weekend. Quote
Lambone Posted December 3, 2001 Posted December 3, 2001 Really...sweet, I never knew there was any ice in there. You should post more details and/or photos in the Ice Conditions forum! Quote
Terminal_Gravity Posted December 3, 2001 Posted December 3, 2001 Unless we get a warm spell or another snow dump this week, I'll be climbing all next weekend and I'll post info. Quote
dharmabum Posted December 16, 2001 Author Posted December 16, 2001 If you replied to my last message to you, my inbox didn't get it. In fact, now it doesn't show the one message I did get. If you didn't respond cause Im bugging you, let me know. I am curious about more climbs in your area. Are you into sharing info? Did you get my message about A. Lks? Had you heard of those climbs before? Grade IV granite in the Wallowas? You've got my attention. E-mail me direct if you like, craigmond@hotmail.com Quote
Terminal_Gravity Posted December 16, 2001 Posted December 16, 2001 No man, your not bugging me. I did respond to your PM. I told you about the climbing here. I have not climmbed Anthony Lakes. There is to much to climb here and when I need more I go to Yos & JT. You can E-mail or PM me any time, but I type really slow and may not respond quickly. Don't take it personnally. BTW I used to live in Milwuakie. PS I climbed ice today. Quote
