Terminal_Gravity Posted February 5, 2003 Posted February 5, 2003 Old plastic white water boat. Hydra is the make. It is a good down river beginner boat, easy to roll. Very nice fiberglass paddle 75 degree offset ( I think) elliptical shaft. Practically new. Crappy old spray skirt. Get in the water for the price of a paddle...and help me pay for my ticket at Beacon rock! Quote
Terminal_Gravity Posted February 5, 2003 Author Posted February 5, 2003 I can deliver it to Portland Quote
ChrisT Posted February 5, 2003 Posted February 5, 2003 TG - Maybe you need another kegger...this time a fundraiser! Quote

Terminal_Gravity Posted February 5, 2003 Author Posted February 5, 2003 Good point. I fought the law & the law won. I'm giving up my past for a future of clean living...well, except for that damn NW forest pass. I'm never buying into one of those! Quote
dirtwigle Posted February 10, 2003 Posted February 10, 2003 First off f**k next adventure/rip off artists. If you have to go the route of a used gear store and you can wait untill your next trip to the Seattle area give Second Ascent a try. They know there stit and give you a fair deal. Secon what was the ticket for? Is the rock closed, or was it that damn parking scam? Sorry to hear about the ticket, come close myself many times. (during closures that is) Quote
Terminal_Gravity Posted February 11, 2003 Author Posted February 11, 2003 Thanks for the tips, dirtwigle. I would rather not deal with a store though. The ticket was for climbing while closed for raptors ( by one day). My bad. Anyway, how about $85! Any takers? Quote
David_Parker Posted February 13, 2003 Posted February 13, 2003 Last time I paddled a boat like that (I still have one) a guy in one of those playtoys looked at me and said the only thing it was worth was hanging a mailbox on! But really, If you want to paddle class 2 stuff and have a lot of fun just being on a river, or go surfing out at the coast, That's a good deal. Quote
