Many years ago now I sold my first tools - BD Rages - to someone on this site. Who sells their first tools?! Big mistake! Regretted it since. Got a pair to sell me?

I've got a pair of those. I got them from a guy who got them from a guy on CC. Based on that, I think we can safely assume they're definitely yours.

Haha, this is so funnny. Weird, but funny. Oddly I still have my first tools too, but I don't think I'd go to any effort to track them down if I didn't, old heavy straight shafts and all. Is this a thing?

I feel your pain. I now regret ever selling my first ice axe (95 cm wooden Stubai). I'd love to track down the guy I sold it to and buy it back. Anyone know a guy names Chuck Wild?

Nostalgia for sure, maybe weird... but hey I have the luxury to indulge the idiosyncrasy so why not? I let mine go for cheap to a college kid, and threw in my old Grivel Rambos which I am sort of regretting also. They got someone out climbing so I guess that's good.

 

Did you have the old black prophets or something? Those were rad a the time!
