Hi - I'm new to the area, and know that some of the crags are on land that prohibits dogs ... I was wondering what crags DO allow dogs. Not really looking for responses of how dogs at crags suck, and they shouldn't be allowed anywhere - I understand your bitching. I'm just looking for areas where dogs are accepted and/or common. PS - of course mine is the well behaved Dalmatian ... Thanks! Dave

I'm new to the area and was wondering if anyone has been up Mt Baker recently, and what the conditions might be like heading up the Coleman Deming Route, or the Coleman Headwall? Hi Everyone, I am new to the area (just moved to Everett) and am looking for semi-regular climbing partners. I can lead up to 5.8/5.9 and can follow 10a (probably 10b too). I have done some routes in the Liberty Bell Group, some Snow Creek Wall routes, and going after Dragontail tomorrow and N. Ridge on Stuart on Fri-Sat. I am free starting on Sunday and have until 9/5 then have commitments 9/6 through 9/21. I prefer going fast and light, and do not mind bivying on the route (my kit is lightweight enough that I can get away with it pretty easily). I prefer long alpine routes, but am willing to climb just about anything. I also am big into ski mountaineering and general mountaineering (but prefer something I can ski down at the end). I can also lead up WI3/4. I love learning new stuff, and think I would make a great partner for remote routes up to 5.10 (you need to lead the 5.10 though). Thanks, Dave 239-233-2002

Looking for a partner for SW Face of Early Morning Spire, can start Sunday 9/2 and have until 9/5. I see one day for the approach, one day for the climb, one day for the retreat. I can lead up to 5.8/5.9 (able to aid through the 5.9 crux if need be). 239-233-2002. Dave
