I've done Baker by the Easton Route and Shuksan by the Sulphide Route. Both have nice approaches and are fun climbs. I'm 49 and slow as well. Have not done a lot of climbing the past two years due to a multitude of circumstances out of my control but am getting back into climbing shape now and by late spring early summer would be up to ether of both on these.
Note: The internet has done the world a great service, it has allowed us the ability to see the social ineptness in people before we get stuck in a tent with them. Also the old saying "Opinions are like assholes, everybody's got one" is very evident on this site.
