well in a sense i'm out sourcing, though i'm not paying them dirt wages. i want my guy's to be able to support their families. i wish i could pay them more, the rich people i paint for make it easier for me to pay them a healthier wage. i don't paint for poor people, i hire very little out except for my accountant, payroll and i have a guy fix my car. if my heater broke, i'd figure out how to do it cause i can't afford it.
